Insurance and Liability Protection
Operating in high-value corporate and medical environments requires extensive liability protection. ArcticFresh maintains policies that exceed standard commercial requirements in Alberta:
- Commercial General Liability: $10,000,000 per occurrence, mitigating risk for high-density corporate towers.
- Surety Bonding: Comprehensive theft and dishonesty bonding for all deployed personnel.
- Workers' Compensation (WCB): Active and fully compliant standing with the Alberta WCB. Clearance letters are dynamically generated and attached to all active contracts.
Personnel Vetting and Deployment
We do not utilize temporary labour pools or sub-contractors. The integrity of our service relies on the integrity of our staff. Every ArcticFresh employee undergoes a strict vetting process:
- Enhanced provincial criminal record checks.
- Mandatory clinical cleaning and cross-contamination prevention training.
- WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certification prior to site deployment.
Invoicing and Account Management
Ongoing maintenance contracts are invoiced on the first business day of the month for services rendered in the preceding month. Standard payment terms are Net 30 Days. We facilitate seamless payment through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and secure corporate portals.
