Privacy Protocol

Data protection and compliance standards under Alberta PIPA.

1. Objective

ArcticFresh Commercial Services Ltd. ("ArcticFresh") is committed to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of data pertaining to our clients, web users, and staff. This Privacy Protocol outlines our compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Alberta.

2. Data Collection

We systematically collect data required for operational excellence. This includes corporate contact details, facility square footage, access protocols, and billing information provided during the audit request or contracting phase. We also collect anonymized telemetry data (cookies) via our digital interfaces to optimize user experience.

3. Data Utilization

Information is utilized strictly for the execution of commercial cleaning contracts, the deployment of QA auditing, invoicing, and emergency dispatch. ArcticFresh absolutely forbids the monetization, sale, or unauthorized distribution of client data matrices.

4. Infrastructure Security

Given our access to highly secure corporate and medical environments in Edmonton, we apply equivalent rigor to data security. Client facility blueprints, alarm codes, and operational schedules are encrypted and housed on secure servers accessible only by cleared operational management. Front-line staff receive only the data necessary for the immediate execution of their shift.

5. Subject Access Rights

Clients and partners maintain the right to query the data we hold regarding their corporate entity and to mandate corrections. Requests must be routed through our compliance department.
