This includes corporate contact details, facility square footage, access protocols, and billing information provided during the audit request or contracting phase. Information is utilized strictly for the execution of commercial cleaning contracts, the deployment of QA auditing, invoicing, and emergency dispatch. ArcticFresh absolutely forbids the monetization, sale, or unauthorized distribution of client data matrices.

Given our access to highly secure corporate and medical environments in Edmonton, we apply equivalent rigor to data security. Client facility blueprints, alarm codes, and operational schedules are encrypted and housed on secure servers accessible only by cleared operational management.
